By accessing and using MaritechOne ERP software ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

MaritechOne grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use our maritime ERP software for your business operations.

• Use the software for legitimate maritime business purposes
• Access all included modules and features
• Receive updates and support as provided
• Create user accounts for your organization

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your team members comply with these terms

4. Data and Privacy

Your business data remains yours. We commit to:

• Protecting your data with industry-standard security measures
• Not selling or sharing your data with third parties
• Providing data export capabilities
• Complying with applicable data protection regulations

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Temporarily suspend service for critical updates
• Modify features and functionality with reasonable notice

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws

7. Free Service

MaritechOne is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to:

• Continue providing the service at no cost
• Introduce premium features in the future
• Modify service terms with reasonable notice
• Discontinue the service with 90 days notice

8. Limitation of Liability

MaritechOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service notifications.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
